While looking at what others are thankful for it occurred to me that one of the things that gets me out of bed every morning, and can sooth my soul is the anticipation of a hot cup of liquid love…coffee.
Coffee evokes so many memories. It’s a social bind, whether you drink it or not. Regardless of the physical health benefits that commonly shared these days, coffee is my go to for mind well being.
Now dreaming of a visit to Italy to drink in the experience. Here’s to you coffee.
It can be easy to get caught up in all the things that aren’t as we would like them to be, or don’t work out the way that we hoped that they would. It can be to all too easy to focus on what we want or what we don’t have. Being thankful for all that we have experienced and approaching life with gratitude shifts our focus to a positive outlook. It is what keeps us grounded.
